Phoenix No. 2 in Kidnapping

If you've been following this blog for any amount of time, I've been warning that the kidnapping business is being imported into the U.S.

Now, Phoenix is named the second worst city for kidnapping behind Mexico City -- all a product of the increasing violence surrounding the drug business.
