Terrorists Exploit Immigration Laws
Surprise, surprise.
A study from the Center for Immigration Studies finds that Al Qaeda and other terrorists have taken advantage of U.S. immigration laws to enter the country. The study concludes that no fewer than 94 foreigners who have been convicted or indicted on terrorism charges exploited U.S. immigration laws between 1993 and 2004 to enter or stay in the United States. The study determines that Al Qaeda's ability to infiltrate the United States for the Sept. 11 attacks was not an isolated incident.
