Fletcher Anderson Worrell, 58, was found guilty of rape and robbery in the 1973 attack on Kathleen Ham in her Manhattan apartment. He was caught after a background check run in DeKalb County, Georgia, when he was trying to buy a shotgun revealed warrants for his arrest pending in New York where he jumped bail three decades ago.
